Position Summary:
We’re hiring a YouTube Shorts Video Intern to help us create engaging, scroll-stopping short videos that attract attention, boost subscribers, and promote our career expos, job tips, and business training content.
This is a perfect opportunity for a digital content creator who understands trends, pacing, storytelling, and visual hooks. If you’ve ever gone viral or helped a channel grow—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:

Create 3–5 YouTube Shorts per week based on topics provided

Edit and format videos for vertical mobile-first view (under 60 seconds)

Use trending sounds, hooks, and captions to maximize engagement

Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns

Track performance and suggest ways to improve reach and retention
