Key Responsibilities:

Deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Collaborate with healthcare team members to meet hospital standards and regulatory guidelines

Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, adapting care plans to meet individual needs

Initiate and evaluate interventions based on patient condition

Maintain a strong commitment to clinical quality, safety, and patient satisfaction
Requirements:
-
3.5+ years of Telemetry or similar specialty experience – REQUIRED
-
1+ year in a Trauma Level I or II facility – REQUIRED
-
Cerner EMR experience – HIGHLY PREFERRED
-
ACLS certification – PREFERRED
-
Active Michigan RN license – Verification via LARA required
- Physical copies of certifications – REQUIRED
