We’re looking for an experienced, driven, and detail-focused Controller to join our leadership team and help fuel our continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for ownership
- Lead budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Monitor internal controls, ensure compliance, and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy
- Oversee year-end closing and coordinate with external accountants
- Maintain and optimize dealership accounting software (experience with Motility DMS is a strong plus)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred, but not required)
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in RV, automotive, or dealership environments
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial best practices
- Proficiency with accounting systems (Motility, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
