Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 1st shift (6AM-4PM) . The successful candidate will be responsible for performing both preventive and unscheduled maintenance tasks on CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment. This role requires a strong focus on minimizing machine downtime through effective diagnosis and maintenance, as well as maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and maintenance tasks on CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment as assigned.
Perform unscheduled maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and other equipment to minimize machine downtime, including assisting in the diagnosis of equipment issues.
Conduct facility maintenance tasks.
Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
Perform data collection and communication tasks and other applications.
Safely operate a forklift to move equipment and material within the facility.
Maintain workstations to 5S organization and housekeeping standards.
Essential Skills
5-7 years of electrical machine maintenance experience.
Minimum of 5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician specifically on CNC machines.
Ability to troubleshoot CNC machines.
Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting on mills, lathes, and grinders.
Facilities maintenance experience.
Ability to read blueprints of CNC equipment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in ladder logic and electrical diagram reading.
Ability to perform calculations for wattage and resistance load.
Skills in wiring transformers.

Work Environment
This position is located in a job shop machining center dedicated to the medical industry. The facility handles runs of 20-70 pieces, requiring precise work within very close tolerances. The environment is temperature-controlled to ensure optimal working conditions.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
