Job Title: General Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our team, offering opportunities across two shifts: 1st Shift from 6am to 2pm and 2nd Shift from 2pm to 10pm. Initial orientation begins at 10am on the first day, followed by floor work until 2pm. The second day starts an hour later than the usual schedule, with regular shifts commencing from the third day onwards. This role provides a chance for permanent employment based on attendance, attitude, and work ethic.
Responsibilities
Train with a full-time employee to learn machine operations, pulling parts off the line, and conducting visual inspections for quality issues.
Once trained, monitor machine operations, pull parts off the line, and conduct visual inspections for defects.
Work with either Plastic Injection Molding cells or assembly cells.
Package inspected parts and prepare them for quality assurance.
Maintain cleanliness and organization within the designated area.
Essential Skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks.
General production knowledge including assembly and packaging.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
