Criteo Corp seeks a Senior EPM in Ann Arbor, MI.
Duties: Work with the product, engineering and operations teams to manage, launch and evolve high-impact products. Own and drive complex cross-functional projects. Identify key dependencies and risks, and partner with other teams to get these resolved. Review and contribute to the design and architectural solutions suggested by the product, engineering, and operations teams, guiding the implementation process to align with company standards and business objectives. Technical Leadership and Guidance: Provide technical direction to engineering teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and implemented according to best practices and meet performance and scalability requirements. System Architecture and Design Oversight: Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to review and refine system architectures and design documents, ensuring alignment with technical standards and business goals. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality, security standards, and adherence to architectural guidelines across all engineering projects. Technical Roadmap Development: Develop and manage the technical roadmap in conjunction with engineering leads, prioritizing initiatives that drive innovation and improve system capabilities. Integration of Advanced Technologies: Evaluate and lead the integrate emerging technologies (e.g., machine learning, artificial intelligence, cloud computing) to enhance product features and engineering processes. Technical Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies, addressing potential issues in architecture, code, or infrastructure before they impact project timelines. Data Analytics and Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to inform technical decisions, optimizing system performance and guiding product enhancements based on empirical evidence. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 2 years of experience.
• 2 years of experience with object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C++, C#) and software development best practices, including design patterns and system architecture.
• 2 years of experience in managing risk, dependencies, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.
• 1 year of experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka) and data management platforms, including both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• 1 year of experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale, high-performance systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and optimization.
• 1 year of experience in cross-functional program and project management, coordinating across teams (product, engineering, operations) to ensure timely delivery of complex initiatives.
• 1 year of experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, JIRA, Confluence) to drive efficiency and quality.
