Operator - Holland, MI
Job Description
Seeking skilled operators to add to our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will consist of being hands on and working within different departments to assist with maintaining production and completing tasks within a timely manner.
Responsibilities
Prepare equipment and materials for production.
Operate equipment in accordance with the OP Manual, inputting materials and monitoring defects and losses for self-inspection of the product.
Check the quality of products and maintain accurate records of production work in the Global Manufacturing Execution System (GMES).
Track all non-conformances and scraps.
Essential Skills
1+ years of manufacturing experience in production, cleanroom, assembly, or machine operation.
Ability to perform quality checks on material and products.
Reliable Transportation.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
