Your Role at Cabot
Cabot has opportunities for up to three (3) College Summer Workers. The College Summer Workers will work on-site at the Midland, MI plant.
First consideration will be given to eligible dependents of Cabot Midland employees, at least 18 years of age and college/trade students.
Summer work schedule will be from June 2025 through August 2025.
Approximately 24 hours to 35 hours of work weekly.
$15 an hour.

How You Will Make an Impact
In this role, your primary duty will be to:
Follows work instructions, procedures, and policies.
Several tasks to be accomplished include but not limited to
painting
mowing
cleaning
light assembly (i.e. putting office furniture together)
driving Cabot vehicle to obtain materials off-site.
Perform other duties as assigned.
This role requires a safety mind-set, self-motivated person with a positive attitude, a ton of good energy, effective time management, organization, and record-keeping skills. A successful candidate will be someone who can work in a safe manner. Actively participates in and supports Cabot's Safety, Health, and Environmental programs. Keeps work area safe and clean.
What You Will Bring to Cabot
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; preferably enrolled in their 1st or 2nd year of higher education
At least 18 years of age and college students; be 18 years of age by start date.
Must have a valid driver's license
Good communication and active listening skills
Able to work independently and as a team
