Our client is looking for a Sr. Systems Engineer to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, process design and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). There are enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource.
Tasks
- This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, training and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff.
- In addition, this resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).
NOTE: Local candidates ONLY (must be located within 2 hours of Lansing, MI). Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Some travel required to the State of Michigan hosting centers in Grand Rapids and Lansing. Please note, the candidate may need to work some weekends or after hours.
