POSITION PURPOSE
This position codes, posts, and prepares documents necessary for all business services; maintains all loan files, ensuring expired collateral records are resolved by obtaining necessary documentation; provides professional services to members; has frequent interaction with business lenders and members to obtain needed information for the loan files; and performs appraisal reviews, assists with loan reviews, processes escrow, and resolves paid off loan files.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification: Associate’s degree or equivalent.
Required Knowledge: Understanding of business loan products and services. Knowledge of loan processing functions and related requirements and procedures.
Experience Required: Two years of loan processing experience.
Skills/Abilities: Strong typing abilities. Good verbal and public relations skills. Able to operate calculator, word processor, and related computer applications. Well organized. Ability to work independently.
