Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Temporary Production Associate to join their team. As a Temporary Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Temporary Production Associate
Location: Gwinn, MI
Pay Range: $17.50 per Hour
What's the Job?
Manufacture parts per specifications and work instructions.
Maintain the "Order, Organization, Cleanliness" of the factory.
Maintain accurate paperwork.
Follow all documented standard operating procedures.
Monitor, report issues, and suggest improvements on equipment and tooling.
What's Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent.
Capable of reading technical drawings and using a tape measure properly.
Proficient in the use of computers.
Must possess attention to detail, follow through, and accuracy of tasks.
Able to operate an 8,000 pounds capacity forklift and lift 50 pounds.
