Cadillac Retail Planning Business Analyst (C)
Hybrid - Required to be on-site in Warren, MI, Tuesday through Thursday
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work as an integral member within the Cadillac Retail Planning team to provide support for all retail-related items including new car incentives, production, distribution, and consensus. Develop analytical solutions to improve business results. Assist with the alignment of Cadillac business and data functions to maximize the effectiveness, drive efficiency and provide innovative tools and solutions to large data sets.
Formulate analysis/reporting for
Monthly sales and incentive OEM competitive trends
Registration Data/Competitive Outlook
Market Specific Trends
US Luxury Auto industry Sales Reporting
Production and sales forecasting
Cadillac and Competitor Inventory analytics
Logistics
- Cadillac Certified Pre-owned vehicles
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Global Connect, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, NAEZQ, JD Power PIN, S&P (Polk) Registrations
Prior automotive experience recommended
User management and analytics experience preferred
3 or more years of work experience strongly preferred
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to effectively manage multiple assignments utilizing highly efficient time management skills
High level of organizational skills
High level of personal drive/motivation
High level of oral and written communications skills
High level of presentation skills both in the development and delivery of presentations
Bachelors degree required
o Preferably in a business or analytical field
Masters degree desired
Tableau, Power BI, or SQL experience is a plus
