Job Description
We are seeking skilled Lathe Machinists to join our team for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, from 3-11 pm and 11 pm - 7 am, respectively. The ideal candidate will have experience with set-ups and change-overs on CNC Lathe and Hydromat machines. Although programming is not required, you must know how to perform program edits. Your role will involve reading job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements, as well as changing and recording tooling as specified.
Set up and change over CNC Lathe and Hydromat machines.
Perform program edits to start machines.
Read and apply part specifications, work instructions, and process control plan prints.
Determine dimensions, tolerances, and the number of parts required.
Change and record tooling as specified on tool change charts.
Safely load specified bar stock into machines.
Collaborate with set-up personnel and engineering to solve machine problems when necessary.
Essential Skills
At least 3 years of CNC Lathe set-up experience.
Ability to edit CNC programs on the machine.
Proficient in using calipers and micrometers.
Experience in changing out fixtures.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Willingness to work overtime.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
