Job Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director and Outreach Coordinator, the Building Janitor performs a variety of skilled cleaning tasks to maintain the GOCAA building. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, be a team player, able to understand directions and follow through with them with minimal supervision, must be able to lift 50 lbs. and be physically capable of performing tasks, willing to perform tasks regardless of perceived degree of importance. Must also have organizational skills, ability to read, and perform mechanical skills. Must be able to work outdoors in inclement weather, operate an electric snow blower and shovel snow.
