Job Overview:
The IT Provisioning Intern plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of new employees and supporting existing staff by preparing, configuring, and deploying IT equipment and software. You will support the lifecycle of IT assets, from receiving and setting up devices to updating inventory records. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
Receive, unbox, and inspect new IT equipment (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
Configure and image devices according to established guidelines
Install and configure necessary software applications
Prepare and ship equipment to new hires or other departments
Update asset tracking systems with accurate and up-to-date information
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Document all procedures and activities accurately
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related IT support role (or equivalent technical experience) or the completion of 2 years of IT-related college coursework
Excellent understanding of computer hardware and software
Experience with operating systems (Windows, macOS) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to move and hold equipment up to 25 lbs
