- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years previous Lead and/or Supervisory and practical work experience within a manufacturing facility preferably in High-Mix, Low-Volume (HMLV) Manufacturing.
- Must lead an organization successfully by coordinating policies, people, and resources. Promote a productive work environment with high employee engagement levels.
- Experience in direct line management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required to drive operational objectives.
- Maintains a high degree of technical proficiency and understanding of sales and production processes. Strong knowledge and exposure to manufacturing processes and production issues
- The ability to gather, analyze, and interpret demand data to inform/support continuous improvement and strategy development.
- Must have proven project management skills and experience, advanced influencing capabilities, the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, and a team-building work style.
