Seeking EXPERIENCED Candidate for CNC Programmer/Operator (Experience with Lathe, a plus). We specialize in Short-run sheet metal stampings.
- Set up/operate CNC Mills, including editing of speeds, feed rates and offsets.
- Assists and maintains routine maintenance of machines and related tooling.
- Must be able toch interpret blueprints in metric or inch.
- Mustbe able to demonstrate profiency with G & M Codes.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in CNC set-up and 2 years in CNC Machining & Lathe Programming.
- Detail Oriented, with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Committed the the completion of projects and tasks in a timely matter.
- Analytical & problem- solving skills.
- MUST HAVE OWN TOOLS, including: toolbox, micrometers, indicators, and calipers.
- Must be able to lead and train less skilled people.
Additional Requirements:
- WorkNC 2.5, 3 Axis Programming experience and modern metal removal methods.
- Knowledge of Fanuc, HAAS, and Siemens CNC Controls.
- Experience cutting various types of metal: steel, zinc alloy (Kirksite), ALUMINUM, WOOD AND RENBOARD.
- WorkNC, 5axis and 3+2 programming a plus.
- Manual programming for HAAS Lathe.
- EZ-CAM for Lathe Programming.
