Location: Remote - Michigan residents

As a remote Warranty Support Specialist at Morley, you'll use your customer service expertise to help automotive dealerships handle warranty claims from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Be a pivotal part of a great team
Identify improvements by analyzing expense and frequency trends
Offer timely and accurate solutions for claim review
Communicate with internal and external partners through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude

Skills for Success
Required Skills
Self-motivated, passionate professional who is enthusiastic, energetic and teamwork-oriented

Excellent analytical and communication skills
Eligibility Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
One or more year of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)
Ability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation:
Monday - Friday
8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time
No weekends or late shifts!
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
Nice to Have
Experience in warranty administration and / or insurance claims
Automotive dealership experience (e.g., service department, warranty administration)
