Job Description
As a Health Economist for Insight Global, you will assist with multiple projects, including four interconnected projects for a single client, focusing on NICE and SMC submissions, and a separate project for a different client focusing on rare diseases. Your tasks will involve providing scenario analysis at the client's request, adapting cost-effectiveness and budget impact models for use in Scotland and Ireland by sourcing reference costs and utilization data, contributing to the economic sections of HTA submission dossiers, and responding to clarification questions and conducting further scenario analysis post-submissions. While the Clarivate team will manage client-facing activities, you may occasionally attend client meetings based on client requests and team confidence. This role supports the commercial consulting group, addressing their backlog of work.

Skills and Requirements
Strong experience with health economic modelling and building and adapting cost-effectiveness models in Excel
Experience designing economic sections of HTA submissions (documents and data provided to HTA bodies for decision making that assess health technologies like drugs or devices)
Experience performing systematic literature reviews Experience working with rare disease projects/research
Experience supporting development of HTA submissions specific to NICE, SMS, AWMSG, or others similar) null
