Are you a tech-savvy leader ready to make your mark at Northland Area Federal Credit Union? We're seeking an IT Manager who can balance technical expertise with exceptional leadership to drive our Credit Union into the future. You'll oversee our technology infrastructure while leading a talented IT team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and our valued members.
What You'll Do:
Lead and develop our IT team through coaching, performance management, and strategic guidance
Ensure security and compliance across all systems while maintaining disaster recovery readiness
Manage our technology infrastructure including all core systems, networks, and cybersecurity
Drive strategic IT initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and member experience
Oversee IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology implementation projects
What You'll Need:
College degree in IT-related field or 3-5 years equivalent experience
2+ years of management experience, preferably in IT
Strong technical background with core banking systems
Excellent communication skills and commitment to service excellence
Passion for developing teams and driving technological innovation
