Gather data and insights to support the Manager in the development of services marketing communication strategies.
Draft detailed, channel-specific task briefs by translating go-to-market hypotheses and gathering necessary requirements from stakeholders.
Coordinate and schedule briefing sessions with internal creative teams, channel owners, and other relevant stakeholders to kick off work.
Track project timelines, budgets, and key milestones for assigned workstreams, reporting progress and flagging potential risks to the Manager.
Monitor parallel marketing workstreams across different teams to identify dependencies and ensure alignment in day-to-day execution.
Review marketing communication assets (including briefs, scripts, creative drafts, production cuts) to ensure consistency with approved messaging and brand guidelines.
Facilitate the collection and consolidation of feedback from internal stakeholders on in-progress creative work.
Manage the submission and tracking of co-branded marketing assets through the established partner review and approval process.
Communicate directly with external partners regarding the status and feedback on marketing asset approvals.
Develop and maintain detailed marketing communications launch plans for new app partners integrated into the Ford Digital Experience.
Coordinate the development and review of creative assets specific to new app partner launches, working closely with creative teams and partners.
Oversee partner review and approval cycles specifically for launch marketing communications materials.
Daily Responsibilities:
Act as project management support for a variety of marketing campaigns scaling from owned channel content, omnichannel seasonal campaigns, targeted loyalty marketing communication and highly visible digital experiences, facilitating cross functional team(s) to manage projects through entire process from initiation through deployment and post campaign analysis.
Create and drive project schedules and progress to ensure that expected results are delivered on time
Anticipate & mitigate challenges and escalate risk when necessary to successfully gain alignment on best path forward
Understand the essential dynamics, strategies and drivers of assigned businesses in order to provide value-add counsel on overall marketing strategy and production/execution.
Leading projects through ambiguity, rolling up sleeves to pave a way forward when next steps aren't always clear.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, Masters preferred
Minimum 4 years' experience, with at least 2 of proven experience
Flexibility, strong work ethic, quick learner, excellent oral and written communication, strategic thinker, excellent excel, PowerPoint, word, etc . Handle a heavy workload with competing priorities.
Proven analytical capabilities beyond problem solving.
Prefer consumer insights experience from a fast-paced, highly-innovative consumer business, supporting innovation, brand development and strategy.
Prefer experience with designing and utilizing various research methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, behavioral, etc.)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $40.00/hr.
