Description We are looking for a friendly and dependable Receptionist to join our team in Flint NT, Michigan. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for our customers and ensuring smooth communication within the organization. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service and thrives in a detail-oriented setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors as they arrive, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate areas or staff members.
Manage and answer incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, providing clear and helpful information.
Maintain and update informational materials to be displayed throughout the facility.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Uphold an organized and detail-oriented reception area to create a positive first impression.
Provide support to internal programs by committing to scheduled work hours and maintaining reliability.
Address customer inquiries promptly and efficiently, both in person and over the phone.
Handle clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, or scheduling, as needed. Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
3+ months experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to reliably adhere to a set schedule and meet the needs of the program.
Proficient in basic computer skills and office equipment.
A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
