This position has a pay rate of $43,888 annually

Provides administrative support and leadership to assigned facility.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain current knowledge of, develop, and implement procedures related to effective office operations in accordance with organization policy and procedures.
Oversee office processes to ensure timely, accurate, and customer service-oriented procedures including but not limited to mail distribution, document management, supply inventory, invoice vouchering, scheduling and coordination of meetings and events, records management, communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop, distribute and maintain general correspondence, statistical and formal reports and other written materials, forms and documents as assigned.
Provide on-going leadership to office staff, including cross-training and back-up for primary responsibilities. Participate in recruitment and retention efforts, including, interviewing and hiring.
Ensure a high level of customer service, providing support and assistance to clients, families, and visitors. Provide support and assistance to Samaritas leaders and staff (both program and central services) as requested or directed.
Monitor office equipment and space; arrange for repair and maintenance of office equipment, telephones, computers and space. Contact maintenance persons or outside contractors as appropriate. Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment to uphold a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain current knowledge of building policies and procedures and inform staff of any changes.
Job Qualifications
Education, Training, and Licensure/Certification
Business school graduate preferred.
Experience
Demonstrated experience in office manager, office coordinator, or similar role
Experience in a supervisory role preferred.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and cooperatively with ability to maintain confidentiality with personnel and client information.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, speak and write English using proper grammar, diction and style. Ability to communicate expectations clearly and professionally, and to effectively utilize a teamwork approach with staff of all levels.
Strong leadership skills, with ability to provide direction and guidance to staff.
Additional Work Requirements
Extended hours may be required.
