Asphalt Sales Representative
Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year (Base Salary) + Commission (1% of Gross Sales) + Company Vehicle
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with our client in the Construction Industry to recruit an experienced Asphalt Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization that provides comprehensive parking lot maintenance and paving services across Oakland County and surrounding areas.
About the Role
The Asphalt Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by cultivating client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing a full suite of asphalt and concrete maintenance services-including striping, patching, crack filling, seal coating, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing clients across commercial, municipal, and industrial sectors
Conduct site visits and assessments to determine client needs and provide accurate recommendations
Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals
Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry engagement
Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in the asphalt, construction, or related industries
Knowledge of parking lot maintenance and asphalt services is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
