Job requires problem solving skills, teamwork, and basic knowledge of
electrical theory.
Applicant should have aptitude to take education to be applied to job.
(appliance repairs in all categories,
such as Dishwashers, refrigeration, ranges (gas and electric), laundry
products, microwave ovens, etc.)
Duties to include: repairs of appliances, LP gas conversions, door
reversals, shop work, and in-home work.
(and other duties assigned by department leaders, such as CFC recovery,
used appliance repairs, and shop clean up)
Punctuality and ability to show up on time, with appearance to be clean
and neat.
Those candidates with experience in this field will be favored, and paid
accordingly. Ongoing training is available,
by industry accredited vendors. (online, and often by manufacturers,
with some travel required.)
Candidates will be expected to pass drug and alcohol tests and criminal
background test.
