Monitors accounts to avoid past due balances, completes general ledger reconciliations, forecasts collections, prepares various monthly reports, maintains accurate records and controls. May recommend improvements to accounts receivable processes.

Consistently produces results that exceed expectations in time frames that benefit the project/team
Meets accounts receivable operational standards by contributing information to strategic plans and reviews, providing professional customer-service, resolving problems and identifying process improvements
Meets accounts receivable financial standards by maintaining past dues within goal level, monitoring collections, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
Collects customer accounts by contacting customers, investigating circumstances of non-payment and escalating issues as required
Supports financial planning by forecasting cash
Supports cash application by obtaining payment detail from customer portals
Maintains financial security by adhering to internal accounting controls
Maintains accounting ledgers by posting monthly account transactions and reconciling general ledger accounts
All other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Education
BA/BS plus 2-5 years professional experience preferred
Preferred Skills
Organizational Agility - Working experience
Accuracy and Attention to Detail - Working experience
Intermediate Microsoft Excel level
Knowledge of OEM customer portals preferred
Internal Controls - Working experience
ACCOUNTING - Working experience
FINANCIAL AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS - Working experience
