You will address common maintenance issues across multiple properties, performing general repairs, as well as, being a part of larger remodeling & updating projects. You must be able to address common property issues, such as painting, electrical, plumbing, heating & flooring, etc. We are willing to train anyone who is self motivated and has a willingness to learn!
