Position: Head Chef, Korean Specialty Cuisine
Employer: Namsan Enterprises, Inc., d/b/a Namsan Restaurant
Job Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Job Duties: Will direct and participate in the preparation and cooking of authentic Korean specialty dishes, such as Bulgogi, Kalbi, Naengmyun and other menu items; will order supplies and keep records and account of Korean food ingredients, such as Kimchi, Gochujang, Doenjang, special cuts of beef and other Korean specific ingredients procurement; will train kitchen workers to properly perform food preparation for this Korean/Japanese specialty cuisine restaurant.
Minimum Experience Required: Twenty-four (24) months of experience as a Chef or Head cook at a Korean or Japanese specialty full service restaurants.
Minimum Skills Required: Must be fluent in the Korean language.
