Duties

Collect and analyze data related to employee performance, satisfaction, and retention.
Supervise HR staff and provide guidance on best practices in human resources management.
Facilitate employee orientation programs to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process for potential employees.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience in human capital management and strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations.
Demonstrated expertise in HR sourcing, interviewing, and employee orientation processes.
Experience with succession planning initiatives.
Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to HR metrics.
Supervisory experience within an HR context is preferred.
