Design and develop new automotive systems (such as Functional Safety, ASIL-B, AUTOSAR) to meet customers’ stringent specifications and requirements, including integration of mechanical systems with electronic systems; Develop engineering solutions and evaluate design alternatives to optimize performance, reliability, and manufacturability; Perform technical design reviews of systems to ensure conformance to customer and industry requirements; Define and develop system validation testing plans and evaluate test results; Create and perform program/system failure analysis, and propose design alternatives; Take
proper actions against the problems that occur during the development and mass production stage; Solve technical problems using sound engineering principles, creativity, and design verification techniques; and Participate in technical discussions and negotiations with customers regarding the feasibility, cost, and development timing of new products, etc.
