Physician - Hospitalist. Spectrum Health Primary Care Partners d/b/a Corewell Health Medical Group West, Fremont, Michigan. N O VISA SPONSORSHIP OFFERED FOR THIS POSITION. Provide medical treatment to patients requiring hospitalization. Provide critical care to patients suffering from life-threatening illnesses. Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of diseases. Treat complex cases at the forefront of stroke management. Prescribe medications. Order and interpret results of tests and x-rays. Coordinate with primary care physicians regarding patient treatment plans. Requires: Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree, or foreign equivalent, plus completion of 36-month medical residency in internal medicine. Must hold or be eligible for a Michigan medical license. Must be board certified or board eligible in internal medicine. #LI-DNI
