Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a well-rounded Maintenance Technician with a strong mechanical and proficiency in electrical systems
This role involves working with a team of technicians to ensure the continuous operation of plant machinery through proactive and reactive maintenance tasks
Responsibilities
Perform proactive preventive maintenance (PMs) and reactive maintenance on plant machinery
Update PMs in the computer system throughout the shiftt
Prioritize and address machine breakdowns immediately
Collaborate with other technicians to repair machines and maintain production
Handle both simple and complex repairs as part of a team
Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and replace pumps, motors, conveyors, and other mechanical components
Read blueprints and perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs up to 480V
Support the team in all maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment
Experience with pumps, conveyors, preventive maintenance, quick tube disconnects for plumbing/pumps, gearboxes, gears, motors, welding,
plumbing/piping, drive shafts, sprockets, cams, chains, and oiling/greasing
1+ year of experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing manufacturing/production equipment
Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot PLCs, track and trace electrical issues, and work with voltages up to 480V
Basic computer skills for reporting maintenance tasks
Positive attitude and a team player mindset

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.50 - $35.00/hr.
