Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in flooring installation and a strong understanding of construction practices. This role involves working on commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality installations while adhering to safety standards and project specifications.
Duties
- Install a variety of flooring materials, including hardwood and LVT for both commercial and residential projects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in flooring installation with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- 5 years or more experience is a must
- Must have own tools to perform day to day tasks
- Must have their own truck/transportation
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various construction site environments.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks associated with flooring installation.
Pay scale will be determined by experience
