We are currently seeking a Hydraulic Servo Valve Repair Technician who is responsible for repair, maintenance, testing and calibration of hydraulic servo and proportional valves. An individual in this position effectively diagnoses root cause failures, determines the required parts and service scope to restore valves back to OEM specification, ensuring quality service and repair.
Essential Duties
- Diagnosing, identifying parts needed, cleaning, repairing, calibrating and testing of hydraulic servo valves and proportional valves.
- Operate testing and measuring equipment to analyze data against OEM specifications.
- Mechanically understand drawings/schematics and produce drawings for repair requirements.
- Maintain workflow and adhere to deadlines and metrics as specified for each repair.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in hydraulic servo valve repair
- Extensive experience in the repair, calibration, and testing of hydraulic valves from leading manufactures including Moog, Vickers, Parker, Abex, Atchley, Bosch/Rexroth, Textron, Star Hydraulics, and Pegasus
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Obtain commitment to quality and safety.
- Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
