Qualifications:
- Previous QuickBooks experience is required.
- Previous Customer Service experience is required.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful.
- GED or High School Diploma is required.
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
Skills:
- Must be proficient with QuickBooks
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Must be proficient with data entry and general office duties
- Must be comfortable navigating computer systems.
As an Accounting and Customer Service Representative you will responsible for working with customers, entering information into QuickBooks, doing data entry, answering phones, and other general office duties. This is a contract position with the possibility of hire in.
