Position Description: In collaboration with the Business
Development and Marketing team, the Graphic Design Intern will support the
creation and execution of visual design projects to fulfill commercial and
promotional objectives. Responsibilities include developing engaging graphics
for packaging, displays, social media, and proposal materials, including RFQs,
RFPs, and interview presentations. This role requires creativity, attention to
detail, and the ability to translate strategic goals into compelling visual
solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists in the design and creation of graphics to support the RFQ/RFP/Interview process
Manages the integration of brand strategy and visual design concepts
Supports the team in utilizing current and emerging technologies
Assists marketing manager(s) in concept development of graphic elements to graphically link materials of proposal submissions
Supports various needs for RFQ/RFP/Interview process for pursuits:
Resume creation
Product Data Sheet (PDS) creation
Leave behind
Interview presentation templates
Creates detailed charts, graphs, sketches and mock-ups
Supports various internal projects, as needed, such as the Quarterly newsletter
Management and creation of the social media content calendar, postings / graphics and monthly content meetings
Maintains the in-house project progress photos and utilizes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, etc. to develop high-quality images
Demonstrates an ability to work on multiple projects and manages time to meet all deadlines

Qualifications:
Enrolled in college or university with accredited degree program in Graphic Design or Design Related degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Attention to detail and highly organized with good time management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills with ability to proofread
Proactive, curious, and eager to learn and participate
Able to quickly learn and process information, take direction, follow tasks through to completion, and work in deadline-driven and team environment
Proficient use of Microsoft suite of applications
Proficient use of Adobe Creative suite of applications
Flexible to work up to 40 hours per week
Reliable transportation and able to travel as requested
