About the Role:
As a Paramedic in our Mobile Occupational Health department, you will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to employees at various worksites. Your expertise will be essential in assessing and treating patients in a variety of situations.
This position requires travel to off-site company locations within the Metro-Detroit area. Long-distance travel , within Michigan, is a possibility with advanced notice.
Responsibilities:
Conduct basic medical assessments.
Administer vaccinations and other preventive health services.
Perform drug screenings and other clinical procedures as needed.
Conduct hearing tests, respiratory fit testing, tb testing, etc. Training will be provided.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Completion of a Paramedic program.
Valid State of Michigan Paramedic license in good standing.
Current BLS and ACLS .
Proven experience in pre-hospital emergency care.
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation .
Flexible scheduling options. Mostly day shift and seldom weekends.
