Job Description:
We are seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers in the field of civil construction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and contributing to essential infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of underground piping systems (water, sewer, drainage)

Perform general sitework, including grading, trenching, and excavation

Support site restoration tasks such as backfilling, landscaping, and surface finishing

Operate basic tools and construction equipment safely and effectively

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized worksite

Collaborate with supervisors and crew members to ensure projects stay on schedule
Requirements:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in various weather conditions

Prior experience in construction or civil work is a plus, but not required

Reliable transportation to job sites

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks
