We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry tasks and the ability to work collaboratively on construction projects. Full time, year-round openings. Immediate hire is available. We are currently seeking to hire the following: General laborers, framers, trim carpenters, and siders.

Duties

• Assemble and install structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Restore damaged structures, ensuring they meet safety and aesthetic standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications.
• Construct frames, and other structural components.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Experience

• Proven experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with blueprint reading is essential for understanding project requirements.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
