Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Massage Therapist to provide professional and engaging therapeutic massage services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various massage techniques and a passion for promoting wellness and relaxation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform professional quality massage, bodywork, and therapeutic services that meet clients’ needs.
• Assess client needs and preferences before beginning any treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records including assessments and treatment plans.
• Recommend personalized treatment plans and wellness products or services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
• Adhere to all state and local licensing laws and regulations related to massage therapy.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education as required.
Qualifications:
• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Michigan.
• Certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Knowledge of various massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, prenatal).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional demeanor with strong ethics and integrity.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness center.
Compensation: $40/Hour plus tips.
