The Global Claims Analyst is responsible for claims billing, filing, and follow-up. The role focuses on achieving daily objectives and delivering expected results.
Responsibilities
Conduct collection calls on behalf of carrier accounts.
Process in part or whole claim declinations.
Manually match claims.
Apply claims payments to carrier accounts.
Conduct manual claim entry, ensuring accurate data input.
Review and apply dealer chargebacks.
Review and submit damage reporting.

Correspondence and addressing emails
Proficiency in computer software such as Word and Excel

Ability to handle multiple functions
Understanding of the industry
Ability to communicate with manufacturer and management-level personnel
Some knowledge of vehicle damages and repairs
Ability to work proficiently and efficiently in a timely manner
Work Environment
This position will be on-site at the HQ in Auburn Hills, MI, 2 days a week on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The other 3 days will be remote. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
