Express Employment Professionals is seeking to hire Helper / Sample Takers for the 2025 harvest season! Position Overview: Helper / Sample Taker
Primary Responsibilities:

Direct truck traffic in a safe and efficient manner.

Gather beet samples for testing (sample bags weigh 25–30 lbs).

Maintain a clean work area by shoveling, sweeping, and picking up stray beets.

Clean out clogged mud and debris from the piling machine at least once per shift.

Climb on and around heavy equipment as needed.
Job Requirements:
-
Ability to stand for 9–12 hours per shift.
-
Lift, pull, and push at least 25 lbs regularly.

Comfortable bending, stooping, shoveling, and working on uneven/slippery surfaces.

Ability to work in various weather conditions (wind, rain, snow, cold, etc.).

Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow instructions.

Skid Steer Operator
