JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Graphic Technician is responsible for creating, modifying, and preparing graphic files for both Digital and Flexographic printing processes, ensuring high-quality visual output. This role involves working with design software, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with designers, marketers, customers, sales, engineering and production teams to bring creative concepts to life.

TASKS AND FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Graphic Design & Production: Create, edit, and prepare graphics, layouts, and visual assets for multiple printing processes.
2. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with designers, marketing team,
   customers, sales team, engineer team, and production team to execute creative  projects effectively.
3. Quality Control: Review design for accuracy and consistency.
4. File Management: Organize and maintain digital assets, templates, and project files for easy retrieval.
5. Printing Coordination: Assist in preparing and reviewing files for various printing processes.
6. Comply with all pertinent departmental and company policies, procedures and instructions.
7. Perform any other duties as required.
