Ford Performance seeks an experienced and driven Off-Road Marketing Specialist to join our Motorsports team.

This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with an understanding of motorsports, and a passion for Ford's off-road brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and implementation of off-road motorsports marketing strategy and activations.
This is a hybrid role and requires 3 days/week onsite in Allen Park, MI.
What you'll do...
Perform fundamentally consumer marketing and communications tasks that contribute to program successes.
Assist Ford Performance marketing team on planning, as well as on implementation of program initiatives.
Work cross-functionally with Engineering/Comms/Global Markets/Licensing/Dealer Relations/Design/Retail Marketing/Product Marketing/etc. to assist with multi-faceted programs.
Coordinate meetings and agendas, plus attend to contribute and take meeting minutes.
Compile and analyze data to accurately assist with reporting impact and outcomes on marketing programs and initiatives.
Compile and analyze data related to off-road trends to identify growth areas, emerging series and new markets.
Be familiar with off-road vehicle performance characteristics, limitations and safety.
Display a high level of product knowledge across off-road portfolio, supporting both consumer and racing products.
Track competitive activity to keep abreast of motorsport trends and practices.
Assist team with writing, maintaining and updating necessary department and program-specific documents and communications (i.e. news releases, feature articles, social copy, owner information, etc.).
Support team with monitoring delivery on partnership (league/team/sponsor/athlete) assets, and act as directed.
Assist with preparation of department presentations and leadership communications.
Assist with budget reconciliations and annual budget tracking.
Support with vehicle coordination and shipment to Ford Performance events.
Ability to work independently on projects, moving them forward while meeting internal deadlines.
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
5+ year's work experience in the field of marketing, or related field.

Proven experience motorsports, professional sports or lifestyle events.
Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams and race series.
Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a flexible approach to working hours.
Knack for meeting deadlines.
Able to work in austere environments.
Curious about the motorsports industry.
Ability to work collaboratively in team environment, as well as independently.
Strong presentation skills.
Other Information:
- Moderate domestic and international travel will be required and/or weekend and evening hours

This position is a range of salary grades 5-8.
