Job Description
Provide timely assistance and direction in management and completion of assignments (vehicle inspections,dealer surveys, etc.).
Receive assignments from the OE, assign cases, log case information to EAA Service Associates, track acceptances and completions of assignments.
Prepare and provides required reports to clients, Reviews SA availability lists and update map.
Schedule and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations.
Coordinating service requests and ensuring timely response to customer inquiries.
Managing service orders, including opening, tracking, and closing them in a timely manner.
Providing technical support to field service technicians as needed.
Monitoring field service activities to ensure quality and adherence to service standards.
Communicating with customers to provide updates on service status and resolve any issues.
Maintaining accurate records of service activities, including parts used and time spent on each job.
Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyzing field service data to identify trends, improve processes, and optimize service delivery.
Provide OE's with quarterly reviews
Setup onboarding trainings for new EAA Service Associates
Setup trainings for EAA Service Associates for special projects
Coach and assist other FC's
Ability to create work instructions for their role and special project
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE and EXPERIENCE:
Required:
Strong organizational skills
1-3 years of project management or related field experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Understanding of automotive systems and technologies
Preferred:
- Courses or experience in project management and/or technical automotive operations
SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication abilities
Ability to negotiate with outside organization contacts, such as installers and general contractors
