Shift: 2:45pm - 11:00pm / Mon - Fri (will be working 1 Saturday a month for PMs)
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, as well as a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults in production equipment.
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment to identify malfunctions and implement effective solutions.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment as needed.
Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including parts used and repairs completed.
Collaborate with production teams to address equipment issues and improve efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $34.00/hr.
