Job Title: 2nd Shift Process Technician
Job Description
This is a 2nd shift Process Technician position working from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. The role involves various responsibilities related to plastic injection molding processes and requires a high level of technical expertise.
Responsibilities
Check the schedule on the board to determine which presses need to be started up.
Perform process verification and write up the parameters.
Test and run assigned parts.
Answer calls and perform mold changeovers.
Assist with mold changes alongside other Process Technicians on the shift.
Troubleshoot sensors and perform basic wiring tasks.
Work on secondary equipment including sonic welders, spin welders, vibration welders, hot plate welders, leak testers, and various poke yokes.
Essential Skills
2-4 years of experience in a plastic injection facility.
Ability to change molds, preferably having advanced from a mold setting position.
2-4 years of experience working as a Process Technician.
Complete understanding of process verification.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
