As a Manufacturing Reliability Site Resource, you will play a key role on WK Kellogg Company's manufacturing team by driving plant initiatives to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Leveraging Tools for Success - Deploy strategic methodologies, systems and tools to deliver site overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and cost savings goals. As a fast learner, you'll quickly become an expert in autonomous maintenance (AM), reliability maintenance (RM), problem solving and process mapping to achieve key objectives.
Driving Continuous Improvement - Integrate system health and project monitoring into current structures to ensure sustainability of improvements. You'll anticipate the next big opportunity as you aim for excellence every day!
Strategizing to Win - Collaborate with hourly personnel and supervisors to identify and troubleshoot chronic and sporadic losses through data analysis. Additionally, you'll positively impact our results as you utilize systems and tools to reduce minor stops and breakdowns.
Enabling Efficiency - Build capability on the reliability maintenance center of excellence team to effectively plan, schedule and execute work. You'll install and sustain the breakdown elimination and equipment classification systems. Your analytical thinking will lead us toward the future with confidence!
Fostering Positive Change - Enable capability for others to function. We'll rely on you to drive and support cost ideations and diagnostics, tracking and communicating projects for visibility between other plant functions and teams.
Empowering Teams - Develop and execute training for operations, leadership and plant associates on methodologies, systems and tools. As an effective trainer, you'll also support plant implementation of autonomous maintenance (AM) and reliability maintenance (RM), by coaching supervisors and managers to ensure their capability to lead work teams.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
High school diploma or GED and experience in continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing engineering, or another technical or business field a PLUS
Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, KWS, IWS, HPO)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is required, the ability plan work and manage multiple priorities is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to influence others, along with good problem solving and analytical abilities is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary Range: $85,360 - $112,035
Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, the successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, certifications, qualifications, relevant education or training, and local market conditions.
