Job Title: Production Operator - $15-$17/HR
Job Description
We are seeking candidates to operate one of our production equipment, which could include a dryer, bagger, or standardizer. The role involves monitoring the flow of milk from incoming tankers to the drying process, dumping powder into batches, and communicating with the production department about the batches and types of production they will be running. Additionally, candidates will be responsible for starting up, running, and cleaning the standardizer machine, maintaining proper quality and safety standards, organizing and cleaning the work area and machines, and assembling/disassembling pumps.
Responsibilities
Monitor the flow of milk from incoming tankers to the drying process.
Dump powder into batches and communicate with the production department about the batches and types of production they will be running.
Start up, run, and clean the standardizer machine.
Maintain proper quality of production and safety standards for specific products/customers.
Organize and clean work area and machines.
Assemble and disassemble pumps.
Essential Skills
Production experience, particularly with production lines, food lines, or similar equipment.
Basic math skills (e.g., 250 - 75, 300 + 250).
Ability to lift 50lbs throughout the shift, sometimes over the head.
Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of the shift.
High school diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
