Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and engage youth ages 16–19 in daily activities

• Create a safe, inclusive, and energetic environment

• Serve as a positive role model and mentor

• Support the social, emotional, and leadership development of participants

Ideal Candidate Will Be:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and dependable

• Passionate about working with youth and building positive relationships

• Able to lead group games, activities, and discussions

• A strong communicator and team player

• Experienced in a camp, youth group, or recreational setting (preferred but not required)

• In possession of a valid driver’s license
